Returns and Exchange Policy
At Adoregift, we take pride in delivering uniquely customized items tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we adhere to the following Returns and Exchange Policy:
No Returns on Customized Items: As every item we craft is customized and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. We ensure each product is made with the utmost care and precision, tailored specifically for you.
Damaged Items – Exchange Process: We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may be damaged during shipping or handling. In such cases, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Please follow these steps:

Proof of Damage: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess and proceed with the exchange process.

Return of Damaged Item: Once the damage is confirmed, we ask that you return only the damaged item to us. Please do so within 7 days of receiving the item.
Exchange Time Frame: All exchange requests for damaged items must be made and returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Stock Unavailability: In the event that the same product is no longer available for exchange:
- Similar Product Replacement: We will offer you a replacement with a similar product of equal value.
- Partial Refund Option: If a similar product is not available or acceptable, we will provide a refund of 60% of the original purchase price of the damaged item.
Please note, the cost of returning the damaged item must be borne by the customer, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
